Details
Large, double-glazed windows showcase the scenic vista and a Vitex hardwood deck creates a seamless transition between indoors and the outside. Inside the home, features include an open-plan kitchen and living areas, as well as a custom-built movie room.
On the exterior, dark stained, rusticated cedar weatherboards are complemented by lighter toned brickwork. A large poured concrete driveway was placed to exacting standards, ensuring a perfect finish. This used a premium concrete mix, featuring black oxide, to add to the home’s high-end feel.
