After seeing our work on the restoration of a neighbouring house, the owner of this ocean view home was impressed and engaged Maxim Build in an extensive restoration project.

Details
Maxim Build oversaw the demolition of 85% of the existing two-storey, five-bedroom house and then worked closely with the client’s architect, Christian Anderson, to deliver the new home.
A beautiful cedar shingle roof was built to complement timber joinery created for the doors and windows. An extravagant glass pool house was also designed and executed to the exceptional standards that Maxim Build is renowned for.
The foundation of the working relationship for this project was trust and care between client and builder – no full contract was entered into, but an agreement on margins and hourly rate was established and respected.
